Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
• Weekly Art classes are for children from 4 (48 months) - 12 years old.
Class Duration
• Each lesson lasts 75 minutes.
• It takes two lessons to complete a craft.
Trial Classes
• The two-lesson trial must be completed in consecutive weeks (e.g., 3rd January and 10th January).
• A replacement trial class is only permitted within the same week if the child cannot attend the scheduled session. For example, if a child misses a Tuesday trial class, they may attend on another day within the same week, subject to availability. Please refer to the "Missed Classes and Replacements" policy for more details.
• Fees are Non-Refundable.
Materials
• All art materials are included in the fees.
Drop-Off Policy
• Classes are drop-off only to maintain focus and minimize distractions.
Validity
• 6 Lessons: Valid for 6 weeks. The first lesson counts as Week 1.
• 12 Lessons: Valid for 14 weeks. The first lesson counts as Week 1.
• 20 Lessons: Valid for 24 weeks. The first lesson counts as Week 1.
Package Usage
• All packages are for individual use only; sharing is not allowed.
• Packages are transferable to another child but are non-refundable.
Missed Classes and Replacements
• A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or arrange a replacement class within the same week, subject to availability. If less than 12 hours' notice is provided, the session fee will be forfeited.
• If a child misses part 1 of a craft, we will prepare part 1 of the craft for the child so that they can attend part 2 with their classmates.
• If a child misses part 2 of a craft, the uncompleted craft will be handed over to the parent, along with basic materials if available, to complete at home.
• Children can skip a craft entirely and miss 2 weeks as long as the package's validity allows; otherwise, missed classes will be forfeited.
Payment & Renewal Terms
• Payments are due at enrollment and before the start of each package renewal.
• Renewal invoices will be automatically sent via email before the current package ends. Please inform us at least 1 week in advance if you decide not to renew your package.
• Late payments may result in a suspension of classes for the child.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Time
• Drop off your child no more than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Pick up your child no later than 5 minutes after the class ends.
Holiday Schedules
• Scheduled breaks, holidays, or closures will be communicated in advance and may affect class schedules or package validity.
Health and Safety
• The safety and well-being of all children are our top priorities. We maintain a safe environment to ensure a positive learning experience. Please note, while precautions are in place, we will not be held liable for any injuries to the children during classes or on school premises.
Behavioral Expectations
• Students are encouraged to embrace positive behavior, showing respect towards instructors, peers, and their surroundings during classes.
Photography and Marketing
• By enrolling their child in our school, including during any trial classes, holiday programs or workshops, parents consent to the use of photographs or videos of their child for marketing purposes. If parents prefer that their child not be photographed or filmed, they must inform the school in writing prior to or at the time of enrollment.

Change of Terms
• The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be updated on our website without prior notification.
Legal Disclaimers
• PeiPer Arts School is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during classes or on school premises. PeiPer Arts School reserves the right to decline services.
Acceptance of Terms
• By enrolling and accepting the invoice, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions stated herein. No signature is required for acceptance.
The monthly curriculum is subjected to changes without prior notice.
